All approved tax-deductible donations will receive a proper donation letter or receipt from our organization. Due to the event size in which we are collecting at times, a letter may be issued after the event has ended. If you do not supply a receipt with an amount on any “newly purchased” item donated than you will be required to check with your accountant or the IRS Rulings for proper determination of the value of your donation. With a proper receipt of a newly purchased item for donation we will issue a donation letter including the price of the item (s) donated. You can help make a difference in the life of a soldier, thank you for your consideration of donating to our events, our soldiers and their families in need. Community support is greatly appreciated, it is the least we can do for our soldiers while they are fighting for our freedom.
